For La Piu Belle Champagne, the objective was clear: to translate the product’s premium positioning into a packaging experience that could be seen and felt. Acting in the sparkling wine segment, the brand sought a solution capable of enhancing shelf presence while reinforcing its sophisticated identity.
Through a close collaboration, All4Labels brought together technical expertise and advanced decoration techniques to develop a sleeve that elevates both the visual and tactile perception of the product.
The Challenge
Balancing artistic ambition with technical precision was at the core of this project.
One of the main challenges was managing the variability of background colors, which required several rounds of testing and adjustments to achieve the desired visual consistency without compromising the integrity of the design. At the same time, integrating unconventional techniques such as screen printing on a shrink sleeve demanded advanced control over registration and material behavior during the shrinking process.
The team also needed to ensure that multiple finishing technologies could coexist harmoniously on a shrink sleeve substrate, maintaining both visual quality and production efficiency.

The Solution
The result was developed a full-body sleeve with volumetric screen printing, designed to enhance the contours of the bottle and highlight key design elements.
The solution combined:
- Volumetric screen printing for a tactile effect that reinforces premium perception
- A sleeve structure engineered to extend up to the bottle neck, ensuring full coverage and a distinctive look
- Careful material and process selection to guarantee performance during application and consistency
The full-body format completely transforms the bottle’s surface, creating a continuous visual impact, seamless integration between design and technology, transforming the packaging into a true brand experience.
