PRESSURE SENSITIVE LABELS

Pressure sensitive labels are a highly versatile, decorative and informative packaging solution to increase the visibility of your product on the shelf. Your labels can be printed with up to 14 colours, with a wide range of materials, varnishes and inks to choose from. For your high-end product, we offer various embellishments as well as additional features such as promotional and functional solutions.

NO LABEL LOOK

Highly transparent labels with crystal clear adhesive can disappear on the application surface and give your product the appearance of being directly printed. These labels can also be finished with gold and silver stamping as well as raised areas by screen printing. The special design of the material, thanks to the reduced thickness and the PET liner, guarantee application speed for an improved efficiency.

REVERSE PRINTED LABEL

Reverse printed labels are 1-layer-labels with 2 printed sides. It is a simple way to generate more space on the label for text information and to realize background images on transparent packaging. We offer different types – reverse print and print on adhesive – which can be optionally finished with stopper or adhesive brake.

DOUBLE-/MULTI-LAYER

Our double- and multi-layer labels are the solution for multiplying the printable area. There are different variants in our product portfolio like perfect round, sandwich, dry peel, easy lift and peel off labels. In the latter label, a sticky upper layer can be removed completely to stick it on other surfaces for further use.

WET WIPES LABEL

Wet wipes improve cleanliness and support the well-being of adults and children. Our wet wipe labels are designed for direct contact with very aggressive alcoholic solutions and oily surfaces. They seal the flow pack and enable lasting open-closure functionality to protect key product functions and product freshness.

FOLDING BOXES FOR SOAPS

Printed cases can make your product stand out. We offer folding boxes, also polyethene, for soaps with a sophisticated look finished with hot stamping or metallic material couplings. This will delight your customers’ eyes and enhance the sensory experience of your customers.

PREMIUM CASES

Folding boxes fulfill the need to highlight and protect your product. With our premium cases you give your product a unique appeal. We offer finishes such as embossing, micro-engraving, hot stamping and even special design for internal protective housings.

SHRINK SLEEVES

Shrink sleeves enable a perfect 360 degree around-decoration and give your product a perfect appearance and enough space for your brand message. There are virtually no limits in design. We print up to 14 colours with various special effects and embellishments to create a sophisticated and unique look.

TUBE

Laminate Tubes are most commonly used within the oral and personal care market. We strive to deliver mono material solutions for easy recyclability. Our new PP-laminates in white and silver, as well as our new HDPE white enable a full mono based tube with a smooth and flexible appeal. The PP-version is certified by Cyclos.

FOIL STAMPING

Foil stamping has become a well established technique to add a luxury feel to the product. There are different types of foil stamping such as cold foil, hot foil and cast & cure. While cold and hot foil stamping give the product a glossy shimmer, cast & cure is a holographic effect – all can be applied partially or fully.

    Sustainability

    It is our responsibility to offer our customers reducible, reusable, recyclable and sustainable packaging solutions. We offer different options to help you make your product more sustainable and design for recyling.

    PSL: Our sustainable wash-off solution, called Detach PSL 4.0 Label, removes the label from its container without leaving residue and ensures absolutely clean bottles in any recycling process or existing infrastructure. We enable glass and PET bottles to be repeatedly reused. Our solutions are designed to work with existing infrastructures without ink or adhesive bleeding.

    Recycling process

    With our shrink sleeves and products offering, we are able to facilitate and improve recycling in the supply chain.

    DETECTING

    Detection of plastic container material via scanner

    • one type of material is sorted out at a time according to colors and materials
    • separate fractions remain

    DETACHING

    Plastic containers and bottles are shredded into flakes prior to washing

    Flakes are washed in a NAOH bath, where the label material detached from the plastic in the washing process

    SEPARATING

    The flakes are put in a water bath where the plastic and label material separates through density
