Witzhave, 1st October 2026 – All4Labels Global Packaging Group, one of the leading global partners for labels – Pressure Sensitive Labels (PSL), Shrink Sleeves and PSL Booklets – has released its 2025 Global Report, providing an overview of the Group’s sustainability journey, key achievements and priorities for the future.
In 2025, All4Labels operates 47 production sites worldwide, serving over 13,000 customers and employing more than 5,500 people. With this global footprint comes a significant responsibility, and All4Labels recognizes the important role it plays across global value chains. The new Global Report highlights how sustainability is integrated into the Group’s business strategy, operations and decision-making.
“At All4Labels, sustainability is deeply embedded in our business strategy and in the way we create long-term value. We believe responsible growth must go hand in hand with operational excellence and innovation to build a resilient business for the future. The progress outlined in this report reflects the commitment of our teams worldwide and our ambition to contribute positively to the industries and communities we serve,” said Evelyn Hartinger, CEO of All4Labels.
The 2025 report focuses on the sustainability topics identified as most relevant to All4Labels and its stakeholders, including climate change, circular economy, people, responsible sourcing, business conduct and product quality.
During the year, All4Labels continued to advance its energy and climate initiatives, expand its portfolio of recyclable and recycling-compatible solutions oriented to proactively address the new regulatory requirements introduced by the PPWR, strengthen responsible sourcing and governance practices, and further develop a safe and inclusive working environment. Among the year’s achievements, the Group reduced its Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) to 0.47, a 21% improvement compared with the previous year, while maintaining zero fatalities across its operations.
“The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation represents a significant step in accelerating the transition toward a more circular packaging economy,” said Juan Ramón Máiquez Varea, Manager Regulatory Affairs & Product Compliance of All4labels. “At All4Labels, we see it not only as a regulatory challenge but as an opportunity to help customers rethink packaging in a way that combines compliance, performance and sustainability. Through our expertise, global footprint and continuous development of sustainable solutions, we are committed to supporting customers throughout every stage of this transition”.
Addressing the challenges facing the packaging industry requires close collaboration across the value chain, a strong commitment to innovation and a long-term perspective. Together with its customers, employees and partners, All4Labels continues to develop solutions that enable sustainable growth and support the transformation of packaging for the future.
“Innovation remains one of the key enablers of sustainable growth at All4Labels. We continuously invest in the development of technologies and solutions that address our customers’ evolving needs in a practical and measurable way. Innovations such as STARSHINE™ and STARDIRECT™ demonstrate how we can combine performance, product differentiation and sustainability to create tangible value for brands and consumers alike,” said Tobias Rug, Vice President Product Line STARSHINE™ of All4labels.
