All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a leading international manufacturer of labelling solutions, as well as a pioneer in digital printing, is continuing its global growth strategy by welcoming in the Group La Commerciale Borgogno, one of the leading companies in Italy to produce pressure sensitive labels for the Wine & Spirits market. The company will be part of the All4Labels Group. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.

La Commerciale Borgogno is among the first printers of wine and liquor labels in Italy. Founded in 1957 as Tipografia Borgogno, the company then took over the La Commerciale printing house in 1987, integrating it into its structure. In 2011, the company moved to its current location in a 5,000-square-meter building near the Bolzano fairgrounds.
