Continuous form aluminum
We can print aluminum coils with cutting marks, printed in a neutral environment to ensure the standards required by customers.
For pharmaceutical products we offer:
- Thermally-resistant primers
- Steam permeability (24h – 90% RH – 38 °C)
- Oxygen permeability (24h – 0% RH – 23 °C)
Aluminum with marks
We print aluminum coils with continuous cutting marks. Printing takes place in class 10,000 cleanrooms (ISO 8) in a controlled pressure environment.

Business Continuity
Our Latina production site offers two ISO8-compliant Class 10,000 clean rooms.
This infrastructure is designed to provide customers with a backup contingency plan (BCP), and to ensure delivery within 48 hours for business continuity.
Reprinting system
Our technology can print previously printed foils with high precision.
The Reprinting System is particularly effective at:
- Maintaing the register between both sides
- Carrying out a repassage
It detects the marks automatically using an optical fiber reading device. An optional LCD display provides a digital oscilloscope for setting and checking data.

Our in-line inspection systems (BST Shark) mean we verify 100% print accuracy on the entire batch - both front and back - for absolute fidelity to the original artwork.
