Our 2026 Commitment: Innovation and Reliability

As the year draws to a close, we would like to share key developments at All4Labels and how we are positioning our company to support you even better going forward.
All4Labels is the technology and innovation leader in the labels market, with sustainability at the core of what we do. For more than 25 years, we have been at the forefront of digital printing, and nearly 25% of our label solutions are meanwhile digitally printed.
Over the last months we have realigned our focus on four global market segments, Food, Industry, Healthcare, and Home & Personal Care. This allows us to further focus all our energy on our customers. We will deliver even better service, increase efficiency in internal processes that is leading to even higher quality for our customers, while further improving our sustainability performance.
This year, we took important steps in our innovation roadmap with the launch STARSHINE in its fully digital form and the rollout of STARDIRECT, our no-plastic label solution, with premium customers.The Leadership Team will be intensively rolling out these innovations and other technologies that provide sustainable solutions with high efficiency going forward.
In May, All4Labels secured a refinancing of its capital structure, creating ample runway for our business. The business will continue to benefit from a very solid financial structure thanks to Triton, its majority shareholder. The company currently has over €100 million in liquidity, and with nearly €1 billion in revenue, 5.5% was invested in new machinery and facilities this year alone – as in previous years.
These investments ensure competitive, increasingly digitalized production and enable us to deploy unique technologies to our products and processes.
Operational excellence and responsibility remain firmly anchored in our culture:
With an OSHA-recordable incident rate of just below 0.5 and only ~450 ppm of non-conforming labels, All4Labels is a safe company for its employees and of world-class quality to its customers. We are the only ISO 27001 cybersecurity-certified company in the packaging industry in Europe. In the Carbon Disclosure Project, we received a rating of “B” for climate and “B-” for water.
The intensified focus on reliability of supply towards the customer is particularly important for the entire All4Labels Leadership Team. For you, this means: reliability of supply, consistent quality, and high safety standards. Our ambition is unmatched service and fast delivery. This means immediate detection and correction of any deviations.
Looking at the general market situation, the key for us now and in the future is to offer our customers sustainable label solutions with the best technology, excellent service, and a high level of expertise. We empower our customers through competitive products, high technical competence, and ensure that our customers win at the shelf.
We have made further internal improvements, precisely aligned with the high demands of All4Labels’ customers, and defined a growth-oriented approach to the market.
In summary, All4Labels will be focusing even more on its strengths in technology, innovation, label expertise, and responsibility for the labels market.
