All4Labels Group announces CEO succession
Hamburg (Germany), 24th April 2023 – The All4Labels Global Packaging Group, one of the world’s leading label companies, as well as a pioneer in digital printing, announced today that – following an extensive, global search process – Paloma Alonso will become its Chief Executive Officer effective September 1st, 2023. Paloma Alonso will succeed Adrian Tippenhauer who will, as envisaged, transition into an Advisory Board role after a period of spectacular growth via technological and geographic expansion. Adrian will continue to support All4Labels future growth in his new capacity.
Paloma is a business leader with an excellent track record across multiple leading companies where she has delivered significant growth and value creation. She has more than 25 years of senior management experience, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of CEPSA Química, a subsidiary of CEPSA Group and a leading chemical company with sales of ~€3bn and manufacturing plants in China, Canada, Brazil and Spain, and joint ventures in Indonesia, Germany and Nigeria.
Prior to that, Paloma worked at DOW, where she held several executive positions, such as the Vice President’s role for its European Hydrocarbons business.
During her career, Paloma has held P&L responsibility in both specialty and commodity businesses, like Polyolefins, Polycarbonates, Coatings & Adhesives, Surfactants, etc. Exposed to key industries, complex manufacturing processes, and global customers from the Food Packaging, Paints, Home Care and Consumer industries, Paloma has run global multifunctional organizations, living in Zurich, Houston, Sao Paulo and Madrid. She has a background as a Mining Engineer.
