Yesterday, Cristian Dobrot\u0103 and Pierpaolo Filippi, owners of the Romanian company Romprix Exim, signed an agreement for the company to become a 100% subsidiary of the All4Labels Group. Romprix is a renowned Romanian manufacturer of high-value decorative self-adhesive labels with the largest industrial digital printing capacity in the Romanian market. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n
