Februar 2022 nach langer Krankheit friedlich im Alter von 82 Jahren eingeschlafen ist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1969 gr\u00fcndeten Ralph und Gabriele Koopmann die RAKO Etiketten GmbH in einer alten M\u00fchle in Braak bei Hamburg. Angetrieben von der Vision, den Marktf\u00fchrer f\u00fcr Haftetiketten in Deutschland aufzubauen, hat Ralph Koopmann das Unternehmen mit ungebrochener unternehmerischer Schaffenskraft, Kreativit\u00e4t und Begeisterung f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter, Kunden und Gesch\u00e4ftspartner gepr\u00e4gt, bis er weitsichtig die Unternehmensnachfolge im Jahr 2013 regelte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sein Lebenswerk \u2013 die RAKO \u2013 und sp\u00e4tere All4Labels Gruppe ist heute ein weltweit t\u00e4tiges Unternehmen mit 3.800 Mitarbeitern und einem Umsatz von \u00fcber 700 Millionen Euro. Die All4Labels Gruppe geh\u00f6rt heute zu den drei Weltmarktf\u00fchrern mit 36 Standorten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Herr Koopmann wird uns immer als Mensch und Unternehmer ein Vorbild bleiben. Als Mensch war Ralph Koopmann mitrei\u00dfend, innovativ, lebensfroh und auffallend unangepasst. Als Unternehmer ein Pionier &#8211; zielstrebig, kundenorientiert, weitsichtig und stets um das Wohl unserer Mitarbeiter bem\u00fcht, denen er auf Augenh\u00f6he begegnete. Seine Werte und sein Verst\u00e4ndnis vom Unternehmertum bilden heute das Fundament unserer Unternehmensgruppe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mit dem Tod von Ralph Koopmann verlieren wir einen einzigartigen Menschen und Unternehmer, dem wir sehr viel verdanken.
