\na leading international manufacturer of packaging solutions, as well as a pioneer in digital printing, is continuing its global growth strategy by acquiring Carlucci, one of the leading companies in Italy for the production of pressure sensitive labels and packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. The Group is thus continuing to pursue its strategy of expanding into attractive markets with well-known partners. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n
